Bay Hill Golf Club in Orlando
Bay Hill Golf Club is one of those courses made extra special for two reasons. It's one of the most popular courses on the PGA tour, and it's where legendary golfer Arnold Palmer lives and plays.
The golf club is open only to club members and guests of the Bay Hill Club & Lodge. The course occupies 270 acres along the banks of the Butler Chain of Lakes.
Both courses feature 27 holds of championship golf and are home to the nationally televised Arnold Palmer Invitational Presented by MasterCard.
The 18-hole "Challenger/Champion" course boasts 7,381 yards from the longest tee for a par of 72. The course was designed by Dick Wilson and Arnold Palmer himself and opened in 2009.
The 9-hole "Charger "course offers a links-style challenge and features 3,409 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 36 . The course was designed by Robert Simmons and opened in 1963.
